Billing & Cancellation Policy
AdjusterDesk subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Firm owners and admins can start checkout and manage billing through the Stripe customer portal when billing is configured for the workspace.
Subscription access is firm-level. Active and trialing subscriptions can access the core workspace. Inactive, canceled, unpaid, or expired subscriptions may be blocked from core workflow areas until billing is updated.
Cancellations, renewals, payment failures, and subscription changes are processed by Stripe and reflected in AdjusterDesk after Stripe sends the relevant billing event.
