Privacy Policy

AdjusterDesk stores firm, user, claim, document, task, communication, and billing-related information needed to provide the workspace. We use this information to operate the product, secure access, support users, and improve workflow reliability.

Users should only upload claim materials they are authorized to store and process. Firm administrators are responsible for controlling team access and removing users who should no longer have workspace access.

AdjusterDesk uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database, storage, billing, email, document signing, and AI-assisted features. These services are used only as needed to provide the product.

AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified user before relying on it, sending it, or including it in client/carrier-facing materials.
