Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AdjusterDesk™ handles information when people visit our website, create a workspace, use the product, or contact us. AdjusterDesk provides software to firms; a customer firm controls the claim and client information it adds to its workspace.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use AdjusterDesk, this may include account and firm details, login and role information, billing and subscription records, support requests, website form submissions, and the information a firm chooses to add to its workspace. Workspace information can include claim, client, property, document, photo, task, communication, retainer, and activity information.
We also process limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service. Optional analytics are limited to privacy-safe product and website usage signals; AdjusterDesk is designed not to send claim content, documents, transcripts, phone numbers, email addresses, or full URLs to browser analytics.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain firm-scoped workspaces, process subscriptions, send requested transactional messages, respond to support requests, investigate reliability or security issues, and improve the product. We do not use customer claim content to make legal, insurance, public-adjusting, coverage, financial, or compliance decisions.
Service providers and integrations
We use service providers to host the application, provide authentication, database and file storage, process payments, deliver email, support document signing, monitor reliability, and provide AI-assisted features. When a firm connects an optional integration, such as its own DocuSign, voice, or other provider account, that integration processes information under the firm’s configuration and the provider’s terms.
AI-assisted features are invoked only when a user requests them or enables the related workflow. Users must review outputs before using or sending them. We do not sell customer claim content.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is reasonably needed to provide the service, meet operational, security, billing, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations, or as directed by a customer firm. A firm may request help with account or workspace deletion by contacting support. Deletion requests can be subject to retention required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations, and backup cycles.
Your choices
Marketing email includes a way to opt out. To stop future AdjusterDesk marketing messages, reply “unsubscribe” or use the method in the message. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance; rights and response obligations can vary by jurisdiction and by whether you are acting for a customer firm.
Optional analytics are currently not selected.
Security and firm access
AdjusterDesk uses authentication, role controls, and firm-scoped access controls intended to keep one firm’s workspace separate from another’s. No system is risk-free. Customer firms are responsible for managing their users, protecting credentials, and removing access when a team member should no longer use the workspace.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the current version here and update the effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@getadjusterdesk.com.
