By using AdjusterDesk, users agree to use the product responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, carrier requirements, client agreements, and professional obligations.
AdjusterDesk does not provide legal, insurance, public adjusting, or claims handling advice. Users are responsible for reviewing all information, documents, AI-generated content, communications, and package materials before using or sending them.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate firm, claim, client, document, and billing information. Users must not upload unlawful, unauthorized, or unrelated materials.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of AdjusterDesk after updates means the updated terms apply.
