Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of AdjusterDesk™. By creating a workspace, using the service, or enabling an optional feature, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the firm you represent.
Software service; no professional advice
AdjusterDesk provides software tools for claim organization, workflow management, document tracking, communications, task management, and AI-assisted organization. It does not provide legal, insurance, public adjusting, claims handling, coverage, financial, or compliance advice. The customer and its qualified users remain solely responsible for their professional judgment, licensing, client communications, documents, claim decisions, and compliance obligations.
Accounts, firms, and customer data
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of credentials, and ensure only authorized users access your firm’s workspace. You are responsible for the data your firm uploads, the instructions given to the service, and ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and notices to use that data with AdjusterDesk and any integrations you connect.
AI-assisted features
AI features may summarize, organize, extract, or draft information from materials in a workspace. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review each output before relying on it, sending it, or including it in client-, carrier-, vendor-, or regulator-facing materials. AI features do not determine coverage, cause of loss, claim value, legal rights, or compliance.
AI calling and recording
AI calling tools are designed for claim-status communication with carrier or desk-adjuster business contacts. They must not be used to contact policyholders or consumers through an automated or AI-generated voice workflow unless the customer has independently confirmed all required consent, disclosure, do-not-call, recording, and other legal requirements. Before starting a call, the user must confirm the intended business-contact use. Customers are solely responsible for their calling practices and for all applicable federal, state, local, carrier, and professional requirements.
Event, referral, and outreach workflows
Weather, emergency, event, territory, referral, and lead workflows are organizational tools only. Customers must verify information and comply with all applicable licensing, solicitation, privacy, consumer-protection, safety, referral-fee, and professional rules. AdjusterDesk does not authorize or direct a customer’s solicitation or referral arrangements.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, transmit unlawful or unauthorized material, circumvent access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use the service to send communications that are deceptive, abusive, or unlawful. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others.
Third-party services and changes
Some features rely on third-party providers or customer-connected integrations. Their availability and terms can change. We may update the service or these Terms as it evolves; the current version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
