How Much Does Public Adjuster Software Cost?

What public adjuster software costs: AdjusterDesk's published plan prices and user limits, what can be billed separately, and the cost factors to compare across any tool.

This guide covers organizational workflow only. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and matter. It is not legal, insurance, coverage, public-adjusting, financial, or compliance advice.

The short answer

The cost depends on the pricing model and the size of your team. Public adjuster software may be priced per user (per seat), per firm or plan tier, or with usage-based services on top. AdjusterDesk publishes its prices: Solo is $149/month for 1–2 users, Firm is $299/month for up to 5 users, and Scale is $599/month for up to 15 users, and you can start with 60 days free, no credit card required.

For any product, the real number is the base subscription for the team you will have over the next year, plus anything billed separately: e-signature, texting and phone usage, AI usage, property data, onboarding, and support. Ask every vendor for that full number before you compare.

  • Pricing model: per seat or per firm
  • Cost for next year's team size
  • E-signature and texting costs
  • AI and other usage-based charges
  • Onboarding and support fees
  • Trial length and card requirement

AdjusterDesk pricing

AdjusterDesk plans are priced by firm size, not per seat. Each plan is one monthly price for the team it covers, there are no per-seat charges within your plan, and you can cancel anytime.

What the workspace includes

The published pricing lists claims, leads, and intakes; documents, photos, and estimates; tasks, deadlines, and field mode; firm DocuSign or SignNow retainers; QuickBooks, Zapier, Dropbox, Google, and Microsoft 365 connections; AI Claim Memory and Copilot; outbound AI status calling; and founder-led first-workflow setup on request.

For setup help, reply to the welcome email after you create your workspace. If your claims are in a spreadsheet, a firm owner or administrator can import them from an Excel or CSV file and review a preview before anything is created.

  • Tasks, deadlines, and field mode
  • Firm DocuSign or SignNow retainers
  • Accounting, storage, and email connections
  • Founder-led setup on request

What can cost extra

The AI receptionist is a separate optional add-on. Retainers are sent through your firm's own DocuSign or SignNow account, so that account's fees are set by the e-signature provider, not by AdjusterDesk. Texting, property data, and other third-party or metered usage may carry separate costs where applicable, and some AI features, such as pulling deadlines out of a carrier letter, use AI credits.

Published plans cover up to 15 users. If your team is larger, contact AdjusterDesk about your team size before you plan around a price.

  • AI receptionist add-on
  • Your e-signature provider's fees
  • Texting and property data
  • AI credits for some AI features
  • Teams above 15 users: ask first

Cost factors to compare across any tool

Per-seat versus per-firm is the biggest one. With per-seat pricing, every new adjuster or office user adds to the bill; with per-firm pricing, adding a user within the plan does not, until you reach the plan's user limit. Work out both for the team you expect, including seasonal help after a storm.

Then list everything outside the base price. E-signature may need its own subscription with the e-signature provider. Texting, phone numbers, AI usage, property data, extra storage, data migration, onboarding, and premium support may each be billed separately depending on the product. Finally, check the terms: monthly or annual billing, how to cancel, and whether you can export your data if you leave.

  • E-signature subscription
  • Texting, phone, and AI usage
  • Property data and storage
  • Migration, onboarding, and support
  • Billing term, cancellation, and data export

How to estimate your own cost

Write down how many people will use the software over the next twelve months. For each product on your shortlist, find the plan that covers that team, add the separately billed services you expect to use, and multiply the monthly figure by twelve. The public adjuster software cost calculator on this site can help you compare per-seat and per-firm pricing by team size.

Use the free trial to check the number against real work. AdjusterDesk is 60 days free, no credit card required, which is enough time to import active claims, send a retainer, and see which add-ons, if any, your firm actually needs.

  • Count next year's users
  • Find the plan that covers them
  • Add separately billed services
  • Compare twelve-month totals
  • Confirm during the trial
