Security overview

Security and reliability

AdjusterDesk is built for firms that need a clear, controlled workspace for claim operations. This page summarizes current safeguards. It is not a guarantee of absolute security or a substitute for a customer's own security practices.

Firm-scoped access

The application uses authenticated access, membership roles, and firm-scoped data controls designed to keep one firm's workspace separate from another's. Server-side routes derive firm context from the authenticated request rather than trusting a firm identifier supplied by a browser.

Access management

Firm owners and administrators manage membership and workspace roles. Customers should use unique credentials, remove former team members promptly, and keep account recovery and administrator access under their control.

Data and integrations

Claim files, retainer templates, and generated claim packages use private storage and authenticated application access. Payment, e-signature, email, hosting, authentication, storage, monitoring, and AI-assisted capabilities rely on specialized service providers or firm-connected integrations. Access tokens and provider secrets are handled server-side where the feature requires them.

Privacy-minded monitoring

AdjusterDesk uses reliability and security monitoring to help identify application issues. Browser analytics are optional and use a visitor choice. The product is designed to limit sensitive claim content from analytics and observability signals. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Availability and support

Current service availability is posted on the AdjusterDesk status page. For account or product support, contact support@getadjusterdesk.com.

Report a security concern

If you believe you found a security issue, do not post sensitive details publicly. Email support@getadjusterdesk.com with a clear description, affected URL or feature, and safe steps to reproduce. We will review the report and follow up as appropriate.
