AdjusterDesk Trust Center

A clearer view of how your firm's workspace is handled.

Public-adjuster work contains sensitive context. This page explains the current access, privacy, AI, and reliability practices behind AdjusterDesk—without security theater or unsupported promises.

Current practices

Built around controlled access and responsible use.

These are descriptions of the product's current safeguards and operating practices, not a promise that every future risk can be prevented.

01

Firm-scoped workspace access

Authentication, membership roles, and server-side firm context are designed to keep each firm's workspace separate. The application derives firm context from the authenticated request rather than a browser-supplied firm identifier.

02

Controlled files and client sharing

Claim files, retainer templates, and generated packages use private storage and authenticated application access. Client portal access is deliberately limited to the material a firm chooses to share for that claim.

03

AI with human review

AI-assisted workflows are optional and only run when a user requests the related action or enables that workflow. AdjusterDesk is not claim advice, and users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before use or sending.

04

Privacy-minded operations

We use reliability and security monitoring to operate the service. Browser analytics are optional and are designed to exclude claim content, documents, transcripts, contact details, and full URLs.

Security review

Questions should get a direct answer.

For a prospective firm, vendor review is not a checkbox. Ask how a workflow handles access, files, AI, monitoring, integrations, and incident communication in the context of your own responsibilities.

Request vendor-review information

Can our team control who has access?

Firm owners and administrators manage membership and workspace roles. Firms should remove access promptly when a team member leaves or changes responsibility.

Is client or claim content sold?

No. AdjusterDesk does not sell customer claim content. Customer firms control the claim and client information they choose to add to their workspace.

Do AI features run on every file automatically?

No. AI-assisted workflows are optional and invoked when a user requests the action or enables that workflow. Review is required before using an output.

Do you have a certification such as SOC 2?

AdjusterDesk does not represent this page as a certification or assurance. It describes current practices; prospective firms should ask questions that fit their own requirements.
